WHO WE ARE

In 1987, Judge John-David "Sonny" Sullivan founded CASA of Larimer County, making our organization the first CASA program in Colorado. Today, we accomplish our mission through three core programs:

Court Appointed Special Advocates
CASA Volunteers are appointed to open Dependency & Neglect cases in Larimer & Jackson counties. CASAs advocate for children's best interests and ensure that the court has all the information it needs to make informed decisions for a child's care.

Family Connections
Our Family Connections program provides fee-free supervised visitation & safe exchange services to the community. Our staff provide case management services, a safe environment at Harmony House, and evidence-based training for parents to grow their skills and knowledge.

Trust-Based Relational Intervention®
TBRI® is a trauma-informed framework that provides training, resources, and tools for parents, caregivers, and professionals working with children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
