The holidays are a special time at CASA of Larimer County. The Harmony House is festive and bright, thanks to our holiday decorating crew at Verified Volunteers, and the children that we serve look forward to brightly-wrapped gifts, provided by Timberline Church’s Adopt-a-Family program. There are still lots of ways to get involved if you would like to provide some holiday cheer to children and families in your communities.
- You may already be familiar with the story of the Christmas Jar, based on the book by James F. Wright. You can make your own jar by filling a jar or even a small box or coffee can with all the loose change that you collect throughout the year. Bring your jar to our office and we’ll put it in the hands of a family in need.
- We’ve made a list and we’ve checked it twice! Our Wish List describes our ongoing needs for both programs. Can you help us with any of these items?
- Our end of the year Stay at Home fundraiser is going on until December 31. It’s simple: relax at home during the busy holiday season, make a donation of $75 or more, and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win a prize! You can make a donation here.
We truly appreciate donations of every size! Your support means so much to the children and families that we serve.
