Have you noticed? We’re growing and serving more children!  As of April 30th, we had served as many children in 2019 as we did in all of 2017 and by the first week of August, we had served as many children as all of 2018.  With over 50 children on the waitlist, we have more room to grow.  Our new team members are joining the team at the right time.

Sarah Allison joins the team as the new Program Manager for Harmony House.  She has a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Nonprofit Evaluation and she joins us from being the Evaluation Director at Team Wellness. Sarah will play a vital role in implementing case management and parent education at Harmony House. In her spare time she and her significant other enjoy going out for live music, spending time with their new puppy, and she’s an amazing baker.

Mary Ericson recently became the Development Director for CASA of Larimer County.  Mary has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and most recently served as the Development Director at The Matthews House for the past four and a half years.  In her role, Mary will lead development efforts to secure the resources needed to help the organization serve 100% of the children who need the services of CASA of Larimer County.

Starting September 13th, Devin Rathmann joins CLC as a Harmony House Case Manager.  Devin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and recently moved to Fort Collins from Toledo, OH.  Devin is very much a people person and enjoys work that allows him to strengthen families.  In his spare time, he enjoys listening to positive upbeat music and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

Thanks to a two-year grant from the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association, we will soon receive funding to hire a new part-time CASA Case Manager to work with older youth.  If you’re interested in applying, stay tuned to our staff page and the job description will be posted in October.
